Feature Client Story - PSM Gap Assessment

A prominent Canadian operating company recently approached RskLess for support with a PSM gap assessment against the CSA Z767 standard to evaluate how much was already covered with existing safety practices.
RskLess conducted a gap assessment through desktop reviews of documents like policies, PHAs, MOC records, and engineering drawings; structured interviews with executives, HSE, engineering, and maintenance staff on topics like safety culture, risk identification, and training; and project management with weekly milestones over 9 weeks.
The outcome was a comprehensive gap report identifying current practices that could be aligned to PSM elements, missing components per CSA Z767, gap closure recommendations, and further study suggestions to help improve process safety in the organization.
